Step 1: Choose your Self-Care Goals:
Self-care can be different things for different people. Use the “Choose your Self-Care” worksheet to select the 3 self-care activities that will be most effective for you this month.
Step 2: Make Self-Care SMART:
Clarity is key for new habit success. Use the “Make Self-Care SMART” worksheet to set your goals up for success by making them Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-Based.
Step 3: Create an Accountability Plan:
When school weeks get crazy, an accountability plan can keep you centered and on track. Use the “Create an Accountability Plan” Worksheet to create that plan.
Step 4: Have a Backup Plan
When you anticipate a busy week at school, it’s better to include some self-care than none. Use The “Backup Plan” Worksheet for a modified, easier plan during busy school weeks.
