Healing Habits Self-Assessment

Before you do this self-assessment, really check in with yourself. If the idea of looking through this list brings you feelings of overwhelm, guilt or even resentment, it’s possible you’re already overburdened, overstressed and experiencing early signs of burnout.

If this is the case, your main objective should be asking for help to lighten your workload from your team, administration, union representative, and other people you trust in your life.

Burnout syndrome should be treated seriously, just like any other illness - You deserve a life of peace.

If you’re ready now - Take some quiet time to reflect on your current relationship with these areas of health (Follow along with the video or use the visual exercise!):

How did you do? Try to simply notice without judgement. Is there anything you want to change to your current routine? Is there a habit you’re excited to keep practicing?
