Smoothie for Nervous System Recovery

The summer is an important time to heal the nervous system and support the body after a busy school year.

Take it one step farther by trying this Nervous System Recovery Smoothie, packed with antioxidants and healthy fats to support your mind and body.

Nervous System Recovery Smoothie

  • 1 large handful fresh spinach or baby kale

  • 1/2 cup greek plain or vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1 banana (can be fresh or frozen)

  • 6 walnuts

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice

  • Ice

  • If not sweet enough, add honey to taste
