2. Learn the 3 Golden Rules of Self-Care and why they are important.

3. Learn how to choose the most effective self-care activities for you.

4. Write down the top 3 self-care activities you would like to explore this school year.

We are covering:

  • Revise your three self-care goals from Module 1 so they are S.M.A.R.T.

  • Predict and problem solve around any possible setbacks keeping you from achieving your self-care goals this school year.
