End of Year Wellness Questions for Teachers

Today, take just a few minutes to reflect on the teacher wellness questions below.

Knowing the answers to these questions can help you prevent burnout in the school year to come.

End of Year Wellness Questions for Teachers.

I.

In the past school year, what things drained you the most?

Once you specify the parts of the day that drain you, you can create specific boundaries to limit your time spent on those things, or create a recovery plan to fill your cup after doing these things. For continued learning, consider joining us for “Essential Boundaries for Preventing Burnout” later this month.

II.

In the past school year, what things helped MOST to restore your energy and fill your cup?

This could be a part of the school day that you love, a student that inspired you, or self-care that helped you reconnect with yourself. Everyone is unique, so knowing what motivates, calms, and re-centers YOU is key to preventing burnout in the future.

III.

In the past school year, how much time was devoted to things that drain you, and how much was devoted to things that fill your cup?

There will always be stressful parts of life, but the important thing is that we take time every day to reset and restore. If you’re noticing an imbalance between things that drain you and things that fill your cup, it’s time to set more boundaries at school. Consider joining us for our boundaries webinar later this month!
