Knowledge is power, but it’s nothing without practice. Use the following series to practice:

  • Recognizing when you need a boundary.

  • Writing down healthy boundaries you would benefit from.

  • Communicating those boundaries with the people who matter.

  • Restating and practicing your boundary as often as is needed.
